During your lease, you can offer to buy back the facility. A degressive price will be offered depending on the number of years you have been tenant.
What are the criteria for becoming a tenant?
- Leasing a photovoltaic system is more accessible than purchasing one directly. Indeed, you don’t need to have cash reserves to become a tenant, and there are no additional costs for setting up the project.
- The electricity production belongs to you, and you can decide how to value the solar electricity as you wish (self-consumption, total sale, PPA…).
- However, your creditworthiness, or your ability to pay future rent, will be assessed. If your debt level is too high, a more detailed study of your project will be conducted
