You can exercise these rights by sending a simple request by e-mail to the following address: contact@wewise.fr, specifying the context and subject of your request so that we can reply as quickly as possible, and enclosing a copy of your identity document.
When making this request, we will verify your identity to ensure that your data is not passed on to a third party with malicious intent.
In the event of a request for access, we undertake to respond within a maximum of one month. Please note that this period may be extended by two months in the event of a complex request or due to the number of requests. In this case, the person requesting access will be notified within one month of the request.

How can I receive offers and information from WEWISE France and its partners, or stop receiving them?
If you are a WEWISE France customer, we may send you information and offers relating to your contract, the product or service provided, and/or concerning similar products or services that we think may be of interest to you. You can always object to such mailings by unchecking the appropriate box when completing the contact form.
You can also give us your consent to receive offers and information by ticking a box such as “I agree to receive commercial information from Wewise France and all its subsidiaries”. WEWISE France brings together several companies, and may relay offers from its partners if we think they are likely to be of interest to you.
We remind you that we do not sell or rent your data to third parties under any circumstances. These partners are only service providers who work on our behalf under a service contract or a subcontracting agreement for processing or research purposes, or partners who offer complementary services to ours and with whom we have joint projects.

What is the purpose of collecting your data?

- Data relating to your Contract: 5 years from the end date of the contract or from the last sale (i.e. the limitation period for legal action);
- Invoices: 10 years from date of issue;
- Prospective customers: 3 years from the date of last activity on the Site;
- Cookies: 6 months maximum from the date of deposit;
- Identification data (name, e-mail address, etc.): 3 years from the last date of connection to the Site.
Collection of non-personal information
